Dating Yourself Is Golden

Happy Thursday!

Frenetic January energy and intense February opportunities prompted a number of founder and community calls with me about “how can I manage this all?”. Our answer in a nutshell—go date yourself this month.

All this talk of love for others with Valentine’s Day as well as communities for Black History Month, we can only give when our own cup is full. And yes, we all may know this but perhaps you may level up this month to get your golden hour and glow a little brighter with the possibilities of 2023 ahead.

• Our team onboarded our newest team member Rebecca Lesh for the next 6 months (welcome Becca!)

• The Femtech Salon is going to SXSW and Vive Conference with some amazing partners next month to showcase more femtech founders (announcements on our IG and LinkedIn end of this month)

• Femtech Salon will go live by March 1st, 2023

All great, time-sensitive things. YET, I decided for my health and sanity to take a Friday off to kickoff a weekend of liberating exploration: I hiked over 20K steps over the weekend with long lost friends, tried out a new femtech skincare line, dove into biohacking and seed cycling and realized that I still don’t fully understand my body due to shifts in order to even biohack it!

What’s Your 24 Month Runway Strategy?

The market is not all doom and gloom—there is so much in the art of possibility. Elligo shared another list of femtech funders for you to know and build your 24 month runway strategy of grants, free short term MBA talent, fastest path to revenue, key partnerships, loans, angel/VC investment, etc—bottom line is that you will need to get creative the next two years.

Speaking of which I have the opportunity to showcase you by writing a chapter of your story with XO Leadership due to come out this year.
